Technical Service / Support (m|w|d)
You are a technician, master craftsman, industrial mechanic, mechatronics or have a comparable qualification? You work independently and are willing to travel? What are you waiting for?
Your tasks
- Technical customer support in service
- Coordination of all service activities at customer sites and in-house
- Documentation of installation and service operation
- Selective support of commissioning, repair and maintenance at the customer’s site
- Handling of complaints in cooperation with the development and production departments
- Support of the sales field service
